How-to: change my username email address

Question:

The email address I put in for my login ID is not correct but I cannot change it. Therefore I will not have the correct email address for me. Can you change it for me?

Answer:

You will need to register again in this case. On the thermostat please go to MENU > SETTINGS > RESET > RESET REGISTRATION.

 

Once the registration is reset, please go back to the main screen and wait 30 seconds. Then select MENU > REGISTRATION and from here you will get the 4 digit registration code that you will need to register your thermostat with.

Click the link: 'register' tab and use the 4 digit code to start your registration again.
