I just installed my new ecobee thermostat, set up an account with my email address, got it working on my phone, and life's awesome – for me. How do I get the registration code again for a second account? I'd like my family to be able to change the temperature from their phones too.
At this time, the ecobee can only be registered to a single email address. We’re working on multi-user login, but do not have a timeline for rolling out this feature to share.
