If you’d like to return your ecobee, our return policy is 30 days, no questions asked. We also accept returns for parts of the purchase (e.g. in the case of a bundle).
Before sending it back to us, please create a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) to our customer support team by calling 1.877.932.6233. Following this step, send away to either our US or Canadian warehouse (depending on which country you’ve purchased the ecobee). Don’t forget to attach your RMA form!
To complete the process, please provide your tracking number to your designated customer service representative. Once confirmation is received on our end, we’ll process the return right away and refund you using the method of purchase.
