If you need to make an adjustment to the date and time on your thermostat after the initial setup process, you'll need to log into the Web Portal. Follow the steps below.
1) Go to ecobee.com and log in using the email and password you registered to your ecobee account
2) Select SETTINGS
3) From the menu on the left, select TIME
You will be able to choose between either a 12 or 24 hour format, as well as your country and region; your country/region will determine the time displayed on your ecobee. If you do not see your region as an option, select the region closest to you.
