Alexa is saying, “Discovery is complete. I couldn’t find any devices.” Help!

If Alexa can’t discover your ecobee, please make sure of the following:

Is your ecobee connected to your Echo? If it isn't, here are the instructions to do so.

Is your ecobee connected to wi-fi? To check your ecobee’s wi-fi connection from your ecobee, select Menu > Settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Enabled > Network.

Is your ecobee connected to your mobile app? Check by logging into the app and performing an action.
