Alexa keeps saying “Sorry, I need a minute.”

If Alexa keeps saying “Sorry, I need a minute” after you ask something, it could be because your ecobee4 is disconnected from the Alexa Voice Service. If so, the microphone icon will appear with a question mark. Check to make sure your thermostat is connected to your wi-fi network. If the problem persists, please contact ecobee support.
