Q:  I installed your thermostat but your website keeps saying that my password is invalid after entering it into the thermostat. Any thoughts?

A: When you get this message, it is usually that the thermostat has not been registered. To register your thermostat, you need to do it on the thermostat itself first. You will need to touch the Register icon on the thermostat touchscreen and follow the prompts. After you register on the thermostat first, you will then be prompted to go to and enter the username and password that you inserted on the thermostat to be able to finish the registration.
