Q: We have an EMS account with muItiple locations (folders) in our school district. How do i segregate users so that a principle or maintenance worker can only control thermostats at one location?
A: User access can be segregated to one or more folders in your EMS portal. You'll need to "Add User" to the Security tab on the Users widget. From the pop-up applet, type in the user's email address, assign the desired account privileges to the new user and click "Add".
