Does standby intensity affect temperature reading?

Q: If I turn up the standby illumination intensity, will this generate heat that will throw off the thermostat?  If so, is the thermostat smart enough to compensate for the extra heat?

A: This is more of an engineering question, but we don't encounter any issues where the thermostat sensor reads erroneously due to elevated brightness levels. This has been accounted for in the product design, and should not affect the thermostat sensor reading in any meaningful way.
