Resetting your ecobee password

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, please follow our Lost Password link below:

Please be advised that you must enter the email address that’s linked to your ecobee account. An automated email will be sent to that email address including instructions of how to reset your password. If you do not remember the email that’s linked to your ecobee account or would like to change your email, please follow these instructions
 
If you do not receive the email after ten minutes:
 
1) Check your junk mail/spam folder for an email from noreply@ecobee.com 
2) Reach out to our Support team with the 12-digit serial number on your ecobee
