Help! My ecobee Switch+ stopped working

We can definitely help. Start by rebooting your Switch+:

  1. Press and hold the main button for 5 seconds
  2. Wait for the voice prompt to say "Restart device."
  3. Press the main button again

Your Switch+ should then restart and be back to normal. If that didn’t do the trick, try a hardware reboot:

  1. Press and hold the main button and the mute button for 7 seconds
  2. You will see a quick flack of a green light when its rebooted. 
  3. Give your Switch+ a minute to come back online
