If I reduce the number of thermostats in my SmartBuildings account, will I get a refund?

You can always reduce the number of subscriptions and thermostats at any time in SmartBuildings. When you reduce your subscriptions, your account will receive a credit for the prorated amount for the remainder of the current term on your account.

For example, if you purchase a 1-year plan for 10 thermostats and remove 5 subscriptions halfway through your term, you will receive a credit for the 5 removed subscriptions for the remaining half of the term.

At renewal time, you will renew for the current number of thermostats in your account, and any credits on your account will apply towards your renewal.
