Adding team members to my SmartBuildings account


Now you can add an unlimited number of team members to your SmartBuildings account. 


Adding members your account

Simply to go your Dropdown Menu > Team Members> Invite User > Enter their email address> Assign a role > Invite User



  • Owner: Full permission to everything
  • Admin: Can view and edit, but restricted access to subscriptions or billing information
  • Building Manager: Read and write access to assigned buildings


This feature may evolve and change as we get a better understand of how you're actually using it. 


Change member role or revoke member access

To change a user's role, simply select user> Select a new role > Save changes.

To revoke a user > Select user > Revoke User > Confirm
