To successfully troubleshoot this issue you will need to have physical access to the ecobee SmartCamera with voice control.
If your live feed is displaying a grey screen, follow these steps:
- Check your phone’s connection to the internet. Whether you are connected to WiFi or using mobile data, your connection will impact the ability to load the stream
- Restart the app
- Unplug and plug your camera back in.
- Check the voice-assistant LED indicators on the front of your camera. For more information on LED indicator colour codes, please click here.
