If your SmartCamera with voice control is reporting offline, first try restarting the ecobee app. This may resolve this issue.
If your SmartCamera with voice control continues to report offline after restarting the app, please try the following steps in this order:
- Ensure your home’s internet connection is active and ensure your router is powered on
- Unplug your camera then plug it back in. The SmartCamera with voice control LEDs should glow white briefly indicating power has been restored
- Once power is restored, attempt to view the camera once more through the app
If the LED indicators do not light up, check the power source to make sure it is providing power. If there is power and the device does not light up, or the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support.
