The ecobee residential Web Portal is a convenient and free to use web browser interface for accessing and controlling your ecobee thermostats.
NOTE: The residential Web Portal is designed to accommodate up to 10-15 registered thermostats without issues, as it is intended primarily for residential use. If you have more thermostats than this, it may have issues loading and may display a black screen.
If you wish to register and control more thermostats, or are looking for a commercial-grade thermostat management solution, click here to learn more about our SmartBuildings service.
Getting Started with the Web Portal

Click Quick View for a brief overview of your thermostat’s status, and then click View Full Status to access the individual thermostat to view further details and other options.
